产品简介:1.高效旋转精馏机——替代传统的回收塔。用于有机溶剂分离提纯回收,由天大与浙江创兴化工设备有限公司共同研制,将旋转精馏技术应用于工业生产中的连续精馏过程。2.整套装置总高不超过3.38米,而1.3米高的精馏机相当于16米高的常用回收塔,是对传统板式塔、填料塔的一个重大突破。

在高效旋转精馏机中,液相经历了多次分散聚集过程,在此过程中,液体以细微液滴甩离呈同心圆分布的动圈,在离心力作用下高速运动的液滴在设备内部特定结构上被碰撞、剪切和飞溅,从而形成了比表面很大而又不断更新的气液界面,汇集后进入下一个循环。在装置中,气液两相在转子中总体呈逆相流动,而在设备内部结构环隙间气液接触过程可以分为两步:
步为液相甩离中心时,与气体错流接触;
第二步为液相在设备特定结构壁面上下落的过程,环隙中的气体旋转向上运动,而liquid in the gas flow downward due to gravity and continuous splashing, forming a high-speed liquid film with a large contact area between the liquid and gas, resulting in high mass transfer rates.
原理:(1)利用centrifugal force to disperse the liquid and make it come into contact with the gas more thoroughly, increasing the interfacial area between the gas and liquid phases and enhancing mass transfer efficiency;(2)The rotating drum within the machine body rotates at high speed, with gas entering from outside of the drum and entering inside through its periphery, while liquids enter from center of drum. The two-phase interface formed by this process has a large surface area that is constantly renewed.
