银隆新能源的创始人孙国华近日向媒体提供了大量证据，这些证据在这场公司内斗中对董明珠造成了巨大打击。这些材料包括多份借款合同、银行转账凭证和财务单据，显示董明珠最初投资银隆的10亿资金，其中7.5亿来自格力电器的经销商，而剩下的2.5亿则是从魏银仓全资持有的广东银通投资控股集团有限公司贷出的。

根据孙国华提供的资料，上述10亿“举债”投资款经过复杂的手续流转；其中经销商的7.5亿先是借由魏银仓公司名义，再转入董明珠个人账户，以企业间借款形式掩盖了格力的经销商出资的事实。

孙国华在一份书面声明中提到，董明珠个人不便直接收款，因此需要通过魏银仓名下的公司名义进行收款后再转给其个人用于增资。孙国华认为这是董明珠安排的一个策略，以此来掩盖格力电器经销商为其出资入股的事实。

事实上，根据孙国华提供的银行转账凭证和财务单据显示，董明珠所需还清10亿元借款过程与格力经销商有着密切关联：其中1亿元还款来源于东莞晟世欣兴等格力东莞经销商；北京盛世恒兴和湖北盛兴格力的总计7.5亿元借款，则通过董明珠受让北京盛世恒兴和湖北盛兴债权，以抵消他对魏银仓方债务方式还清；剩余1.5亿元中的1亿元由董明珠个人的账户支付，其余5000万则由拓金资本代为偿还。

此外，随着事件持续发酵，銀隆新能源原董事长魏銀倉與創辦人孫國華被指控侵占公司利益超過10億元，並且目前該訴訟尚未結束。此前，被指控者們否認所有指控，並聲稱這些行為是在合法範圍內進行的一部分業務操作。

Silverlit New Energy, a company founded by Sun Guohua, has recently provided multiple documents to the media that have significantly damaged Dong Mingzhu's reputation in this internal power struggle. These documents include loan contracts, bank transfer records, and financial statements that show Dong Mingzhu initially invested 1 billion yuan in Silverlit New Energy from two dealers of Gree Electric Appliances: Beijing Shengshi Hengxing and Hubei Shengxing Gree Sales Co., Ltd.

According to Sun Guohua's evidence, the initial investment of 1 billion yuan underwent complex transfers; among which 750 million yuan was borrowed by Gree Electric Dealers through Sun Guohua's company before being transferred into Dong Mingzhu's account as an enterprise loan to cover up the fact that the dealers were investing on behalf of Gree.

Sun Guohua stated in a written statement that since it is inconvenient for Dong Mingzhu to receive funds directly, he arranged for funds to be received through a company owned by Wei Yinquan (the former chairman) before being transferred back into his personal account for capital increase purposes.

The repayment process of these loans also shows connections with Gree dealers: 100 million yuan was repaid from East Guangdong Shenxinxing Trading Co., Ltd., while Beijing Shengshi Hengxing and Hubei Shengxing accounted for a total of 750 million yuan borrowing amount which was settled by transferring ownership rights over their debts to Dong Mingzhu before settling with Wei Yinquan side debtors; another half-billion-yuan portion consisted of payments made from individual accounts held by Dong Mingzu himself and another half-billion-yuan payment made on his behalf by Tiajin Capital.

Additionally, due to these events escalating further investigation is ongoing concerning allegations against former Chairman Wei Yinquan and founder Sun Guohua regarding embezzlement exceeding ten billion Yuan – currently unresolved litigation continues between both parties denying all claims stating they were part of legitimate business operations within legal boundaries during their tenure at Silverlit New Energy Company.
