峰会期间,与施耐德电气工业事业部中国区高级副总裁马跃师长教师进行交流,让人们深入了解施耐德电气推出的面向工业的EcoStruxure平台。这一转型标志着从传统的产品、技术和服务供应商走向融合物联网技术,帮助企业全面提升运营效率与竞争力,同时改善终端用户体验,加值贸易价值,并适应大势所趋的互联网+业务模式。
回顾施耐德电气在中国OEM行业30年的成长历程,从最初的一家服务商到2007年成立行业应用中间,对国际行业进行细分,以满足终端客户需求;再到今天拥有26000名员工、26个工厂分布于中国各地,其重点也从用户装备本身扩展到由设备构成的整个生产线,再到服务和运营,最终完成以工业物联为核心的融合将来。
过去,用户只能使用施耐德电气产品对应的软件,但现在随着面向工业领域EcoStruxure这个数字化服务平台,Industrial users可以接触所有Schneider Electric产品软件,从而更好地理解并利用平台带来的便捷操作;同时,该平台使得用户能够更便捷地收集自己设备数据,以可视化、可用的数据来提高自身生产效率。
面向Industrial领域EcoStruxure不仅实现了软件操作集成化和数据可视化,还具备开放性,可以允许多种产品接入该平台。基于Industrial Ethernet架构,这个平台可以通过 Industrial Ethernet管理所有现场执行单元(RTUs)及传感器,可以包括自动控制设备,即使是智能制造环境中的互联互通信息交换与掌控能力。因此,这个平台除了连接Schneider Electric自家的产品外,还能连接现有的相对成熟软件系统,如OPC用于数据采集,同时还支持第三方或其他品牌产品之间数据交互。

Through real-time "one-stop-shop" integration of machinery operation and process data supported by rapid response capabilities, customers' overall cost reduction is achieved while value creation throughout the lifecycle of mechanical equipment production is invented.
